実際にこの内容は何かということが二つ、展開されています。

Entry30 の危険性は何か

これも、Entry28, Entry29同様危険性そのものがEntryの分類になっているので簡単ですね。生殖毒性です。

Entry30 はどこに使われているのか

これも物質がいっぱい書かれているので到底調べることはできません。ですが、全く使われていないかというとそんなことはありません。

制限条件

Entry30のSubstances which are classified as reproductive toxicant category 1A or 1B in Part 3 of Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and are listed in Appendix 5 or Appendix 6, respectively. の制限条件は、以下の通りです。

Entry28の記事で紹介したように、Entry28-30までは、以下の項目が適用されると書かれています。

ですので、以下の制限条件は、Entry30も同じです。

1. 上市、または使用されてはならない。
   ー物質として
   ー他の物質の構成要素として、または
   ー混合物中に
   
   物質または混合物中の個々の濃度が以下の値以上である場合、消費者に供給するために使用してはならない。
   
   ー規則 (EC) No 1272/2008 の付属書 VI のパート 3 で指定された特定の濃度限界値、または
   ー規則 (EC) No 1272/2008 の付属書 I のパート 3 で指定された関連する一般的な濃度限界値。
   
   物質および混合物の分類、包装、および表示に関する他の共同体規定の実施を妨げることなく、供給者は、当該物質および混合物の包装が以下のように目に見え、読みやすく、かつ消えないように上市前に表示されることを確実にするものとする。
   
   ”専門家に限定”として
   
2. 適用除外として、第1項は以下に適用されないものとする。
   (a) 指令2001/82/EC及び指令2001/83/ECにより定義される医薬品又は獣医学的製品。
   (b) 指令 76/ 768/EEC により定義される化粧品。
   (c) 以下の燃料および石油製品。
   ー指令98/70/ECの対象となる自動車燃料。
   ー移動式または固定式の燃焼装置で燃料として使用することを意図した鉱油製品。
   ー密閉系で販売される燃料（例：液体ガスボトル）。
   (d) 規則(EC) No 1272/2008 の対象となる芸術家の絵具。
   (e) 付録 11 の第 2 列に記載された用途または使用のための、付表 11 の第 1 列に記載された物質。付属書 11 の第 2 列に日付が指定されている場合、その日付まで適用除外とする。
   (f) 規則(EU)2017/745の対象となる装置。
